Job Description

Endoscopy Tech - Mission Hills CA Start date: ASAP Schedule: Mon-Fri 0700-1530 (no weekends or holidays; no on call) Years of experience REQ: 2 years (REQUIRE experienced Endoscopy Technicians who are either SGNA Certified or trained Endo Techs or surgical technicians. Candidates should have at least two years of experience working in an endoscopy center or GI Lab.) First-timers accepted: No Weekend REQ: No CERTS REQUIRED: SGNA BLS ST Program Completion Preferred National Certs REQ: YES BLS REQ: Yes Is on-call REQ No Floating Req to Sister Facilities: No Locals accepted: Yes! RTO Restrictions: Please include all RTO at the time of submittal. Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call of traveler up to 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks) Additional Information: This position is at a stand alone endoscopy center; tech will perform upper endoscopies colonoscopies polypectomy; biopsy peg placement banding balloon dilation Bravo; X-track; High level disinfect procedural equipment Daily procedures 34-36 with 3 Gastroenterologist; Patients with ASA 12 & 3 EPIC Experience preferred ProVation Experience preferred. Colonoscopes EGD Scopes EBUS EUS Enteroscopes ERCP Scopes Fiber Optics Flex Sigmoidoscopes experience required. Back Table Set Up & Room Set EXP preferred.
