Job Description
Role - Legal and Compliance Analyst
1. Redlining Reviewing Negotiating MSAs SOWs NDAs Engagement Letters LSAs etc
2. Vendor Due Diligence and review of vendor onboarding documents
3. Ensuring statutory compliance under various applicable laws
4. Secretarial Compliances including but not limited to Board Meetings AGMs statutory filings CSR etc
5. Providing legal advise & guidance on various legal & compliance matters to different stakeholders
6. Coordinating with the global procurement team on the Agreements
Education qualification : LLB Graduate with relevant experience ( Preffered if also a Company Secretary with LLB qualification )
