Job Description:
Seeking a Lead Engineer with strong Atlassian ecosystem experience to drive the roadmap and future state integration of Rovo AI with Jira Confluence and third-party tools. This role involves high-level strategic planning technical implementation and alignment with enterprise data governance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the roadmap of Atlassian & future state including Rovo AI integration with Jira Confluence and third-party tools
- Set standards governance access management & automation at the security level
- Develop strategic migration and deployment plans
- Design and maintain knowledge graph structures for semantic search smart answers and context-aware recommendations
- Build pipelines/connectors to ingest structured and unstructured data into Rovo AI via REST APIs or Atlassian Forge
- Develop custom extensions/configurations for analytics usage insights and team performance metrics
- Ensure compliance data governance and secure access control for Rovo-integrated environments
- Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to align Rovo AI with knowledge management workflow automation and reporting needs
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Atlassian ecosystem tools (Jira Confluence Bitbucket etc.)
- Understanding of AI/ML principles particularly in enterprise search semantic context and knowledge graphs
- Hands-on experience with data engineering API integrations and analytics platforms (e.g. Snowflake Tableau Power BI)
- Familiarity with Atlassian Forge GraphQL or cloud-native development (AWS GCP)
- Strong advisory/consultative mindset (not just an order taker)
- Excellent communication skills (10/10)
