Job Description

This Program Manager role offers the opportunity to oversee complex programs coordinate cross-functional teams and collaborate with university partners and vendors to bring sophisticated robotic systems from concept to deployment. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute detailed program plans including roadmaps milestones and success metrics in partnership with engineering product and operations teams.
- Coordinate across hardware embedded systems AI and field teams to ensure timely delivery and scalable deployment of robotic systems.
- Manage university collaborations including contracts milestones and research areas such as locomotion navigation and manipulation.
- Serve as the primary liaison among technical teams stakeholders and external vendors facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
- Oversee the recruitment onboarding and management of contract workers with expertise in robotics and data collection.
- Identify evaluate and onboard vendors for hardware software and manufacturing needs negotiating contracts and managing performance.
- Lead equipment procurement installation calibration and maintenance to support research and production.
- Collaborate with supply chain and facilities teams to ensure efficient inventory management and lab setup.
- Monitor operational KPIs manage risks and develop contingency plans to address supply chain disruptions delays and regulatory compliance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- More than 7 years of experience as a Program Manager (PM) Technical Program Manager (TPM) or Operations Manager demonstrating success in leading complex initiatives.
- Proven expertise in Program Management Operations and Legal with a focus on contracts and agreements.
- Experience working in Big-Tech environments and a strong understanding of large-scale project execution are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage university collaborations vendor contracts and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with engineering legal and external partners.
- Passion for innovative projects particularly in robotics and emerging technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and ensure timely delivery of programs.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions peer reviews etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
