Responsibilities:
- Provide psychological services to students.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to create supportive learning environments.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations for students with special education needs.
- Offer consultation and support regarding student mental health and academic challenges.
- Engage with families to promote student well-being and success.
- Participate in school-based teams and contribute to the development of educational programs.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a Masters degree or higher in school psychology from an accredited college or university.
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License with School Psychologist endorsement.
- Experience in an elementary school program is preferred.
- Ability to work in a consulting environment.
- Experience with special education mandates.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
- BCBA Certification preferred.
