Role: Country Sales Manager - AI Fintech
Location: Bangkok Thailand
We are partnering with an innovative AI Fintech seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to lead revenue growth in Thailand. This high-impact role is ideal for a seasoned sales leader with a strong background in enterprise banking software or fintech a proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar deals and the ability to drive market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Head sales and business development efforts in Thailand
- Secure and grow strategic partnerships with banks and financial institutions
- Drive high-value multi-million enterprise deals
- Own revenue targets and oversee market expansion strategies
Requirements
- 20 years in sales business development and leadership experience in an enterprise banking software or fintech sector
- Proven ability to close complex multi-million-dollar deals
- Extensive network and relationships with banks and financial institutions in Thailand
- Strong strategic vision business acumen and financial management expertise
- Exceptional C-level stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Experience scaling companies and driving revenue growth in fast-paced environments
- Ability to inspire influence and lead large cross-functional teams
- Fluency in Thai and English
