Identify good and regular customer and providing a high standard of customer service in order to generate re-visitation of customer.
Builds a strong network/rapport with customers for acquisitions growth and retentions.
Anticipates customers needs and problems for all players in Solaire Resort and Casino.
Finds valuable customers on the floor and ensure a high level of service is rendered.
Reports any incidents to the Premium Services Shift Manager.
Proactively resolves any guest issue that arises including the coordination of departmental assistance when necessary.
Protects the confidentiality of all company files and documents under their immediate control.
Acts in accordance with Solaire Resort and Casino policies and procedures without any intimidation to customers.
Notifies Shift Manager/Manager of any suspicious or unusual activity and/or transactions in a timely and responsible manner.
Offers complimentary F&B Vouchers Room Stays Limousine Services and other perks based on player gaming activity.
Assist for Table Slots & Salon reservation of on floor VIP guests.
Prepares and updates Arrivals and Departures of Players/ makes reservations for hotel rooms / updates reservations of hotel rooms for players / players pick up or send off player s airport.
Record and update Player 360 system with all guests interactions and preferences.
Invites and encourages potential players to participate in all promotions events tournaments and offers.
Gathers feedback from patrons to enhance development of new events and other incentives in the property and promote in-house program and promotions as well as assist Event & Promotion in execution of event & promotions.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of guest service experience in casino industry
- Outgoing personality and proactive working attitude.
Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Advertising focus or equivalent experience, MBA an advantage. In-depth knowledge of online advertising models, including rich media technologies. Understanding of the overall media and measurement/analytics landscape, online advertising and marketing trends. Candidate must have strong communication skills with a track record of working with high-profiile clients. Must have strong verbal, written and communication skills, ability to communicate with large groups. Strong sens of task ownership and responsibility. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
