This is a remote position.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via Gorgias using both macros and custom replies
Manage multiple tickets and live chats with accuracy and empathy
Process refunds exchanges and order edits through Shopify
Send daily product review emails to engage post-purchase customers
Track logistics and update spreadsheets accurately
Monitor stock movements and resolve order or delivery issues with the team
Log daily check-in/out times and submit a brief shift summary
Proactively identify and resolve common customer issues
Support daily e-commerce operations and collaborate with internal teams
Proven experience using Gorgias and handling customer tickets
Hands-on experience with Shopify for order management
Ability to manage multiple chats and tickets efficiently
Experience processing refunds exchanges and order changes
Skilled in tracking logistics and updating spreadsheets
Familiarity with Starshipit for shipping/fulfillment
Experience with Cin7 or similar inventory/order systems
Strong initiative and ability to work independently
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and reports
Interest in the wedding industry and understanding of customer needs
Must be available during scheduled hours and submit daily shift reports
