Job Description
We are seeking a Client Service Associate who will serve as a direct point of contact for our valued clients. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills a client-first mindset and a passion for providing high-level support. You will play a critical role in strengthening client relationships resolving inquiries and ensuring the highest satisfaction levels.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone email and in-person.
Assist clients with account-related questions technical issues and service requests.
Manage and resolve client concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive relationship.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Monitor client accounts to ensure proper usage and identify potential issues proactively.
Support the onboarding of new clients with professionalism and clarity.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in customer service business or related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client-facing or administrative support role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
