We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Trainer to join our team in Boston MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing coordinating and delivering training programs that enhance the customer service skills of our staff. You will work closely with management to ensure all team members meet performance standards and are equipped with the tools necessary for success.
Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging training programs for new and existing customer service representatives
Conduct skills assessments and identify training needs
Provide one-on-one coaching and support for performance improvement
Develop training materials manuals and guides
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics
Collaborate with team leaders to implement service strategies
Stay current with industry trends and customer service best practices
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Proven experience as a trainer or similar role in customer service or call center environments
Excellent presentation communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in creating training materials and using training software/tools
Ability to adapt training styles to various learning preferences
Bachelors degree in Business Communication Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
