Location: Penang / Kuala Lumpur
- Support business and HR-related applications
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and application issues
- Perform Level 2 / Level 3 (L2/L3) troubleshooting
- Conduct system requirement studies and prepare detailed documentation
- Assist in project implementation coordination and system enhancement
- Collaborate with users and cross-functional teams to understand and resolve application-related issues
Qualifications :
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 12 years of experience in application support across distributed environments
- Knowledge or experience in the following platforms is an advantage:
- Microsoft SQL Server
- React Native
- Crystal Reports
- C
- C#
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) is an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Able to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Good understanding of support processes and change management
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and also a reliable team player

- Salary Range: RM2500 to RM3500
