Job Description

As the Manufacturing Operations and Engineering Director youll be at the heart of a dynamic high-mix low-volume production environmentdriving operational excellence and shaping the future of our complex product portfolio. This is more than a management role; its a strategic partnership with the VP of Operations where your expertise in lean manufacturing and cross-functional collaboration will directly influence our success.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Deep experience in manufacturing processes lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with engineering procurement and sales to align production with product development and market demand ensuring a seamless flow from design to delivery.
  • Develop and implement new practices that enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and inspire the manufacturing team fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Proficient in using data analytics to monitor performance metrics identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
  • Ensures that manufacturing processes meet the highest quality standards and comply with Bosch and industry regulations.
  • Strong strategic and holistic view of location and operations.
  • Define and implement system for cross training and motivating all levels of production associates.
  • Ensuring the Safety functionality and appearance characteristics of all products.

Adhering to quality management techniques and guidelines: Problem solving technical statistics etc.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in applicable technical field  
  • 5 years of leading in a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated experience in lean manufacturing (BPS) logistics and modern manufacturing concepts
  • Proven positive associate interactions and soft skill application
  • Team player with ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Logistics basic knowledge to interface with logistic planning team
  • Standard ISO14001 / OHSAS18001 and other audit knowledge
  • Must be able to effectively communicate at all levels
  • SAP MRP experience; MS Office proficiency
  • Cross-functional leadership


Additional Information :

Equal Opportunity Employer including disability / veterans.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $175200 - $230600. Within the range individual pay is determined based on several factors including but not limited to work experience and job knowledge complexity of the role job location etc.
