Job Description
-To ensure the highest standard of cleanliness and maintenance in line with Accor standards and to keep guest satisfaction at the highest level
- To ensure that cleaning is done efficiently and in accordance with the rules of courtesy when there are guests in the room
- Monitoring the quality of cleaning services
- To ensure the proper and efficient operation of the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments
- To ensure the continuity of hotel textile materials to manage the maintenance and repair of textile products
- Providing and following developer trainings.
Qualifications :
- Graduated from Tourism and Hotel Management departments of colleges or universities
- 4 years of experience in a similar position
- Who knows how the laundry works
- Knowledge of professional English
- Able to use Ms Office programs and Opera system
- He has adopted the understanding of friendly service
- Always aiming to improve its service quality
- Strong communication skills
- Natural leader able to motivate self and others and likes to plan
- High analytical thinking and negotiation skills
- Likes problem solving
- Attaches importance to personal hygiene
- Know the application procedures related to hygiene
- Strong in planning time and stress management
- Who loves team leadership
- Respect for guest privacy
- Completed military service for male candidates.
