Job Description

  • Take responsibility: You have Measuring Tools (MT) business marketing responsibility for the region Eastern Europe responsible for commercial KPIs for MT product group in alignment with regional and channel sales management at PT (Power Tools) in the EE region as well with the regional marketing management in the MT division
  • Implement business strategy:  You implement for MT product group a holistic user journey in the region towards end users and retail partners based on global Brand strategy Marketing concepts and specific P guidelines in close cooperation with all local marketing Managers in the EE region Regional marketing as well as cross business unit Marketing and Sales function in the countries.
  • Business development: Execute and monitor implementation (if required develop) of growth measures (Key Growth Drivers) - focus particular on successful implementation & execution of marketing concepts planning and ensuring that allocated resources (C-Budget and others) are properly implemented along the user journey optimizing ROIs
  • Think ahead and support: You bring an active contribution to develop new projects beyond responsibility area with participation in cross-functional teams
  • Operational business: You develop implement and coordinate the retail marketing strategy (marketing calendar new product launches promotional activities) with the aim to increase brand visibility with clear focus on online communication POS brand appearance harmonized pricing distribution development communication budget planning input on product planning to logistics and product price management
  • Team lead: You lead the regional marketing team  (4-6 direct reports)

Qualifications :

  • Background: You have a bachelors degree in Marketing Communication Business Administration or related field (Master is a plus). Minimum 5-10 years of experience with sales and marketing with proven results. You have high sales affinity and good understanding of the retail landscape and buying decision frames.
  • Experience: High expertise in branding and good understanding of UX related to information and purchase decision of target group. Very good Marketing know-how along all P-s.
  • Personality: You have user-oriented and proactive mindset. You can manage  risk and complexity with courage and responsibility. You have  very good decision-making and result-orientation strong analytical skills thinks systematically translating insights into actions.  
  • Leadership skills: Ability to prioritize projects and ensure the support of collaborating teams. Represent Measuring Tools interest with shared entities/functions (e.g. sales). Interacts with the teams with positive leadership skills.
  • Working practice: Understanding of the online and offline retail and communication landscapes. Operational experience in marketing and demonstration of strategic outlook
  • Languages: Fluent in business English and Hungarian.
