What you will be doing:
Prepare and present dishes to brand standards.
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the smooth running of service.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Help train and guide junior kitchen team members.
Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to property recipes and standards.
Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback
Qualifications :
What were looking for:
Experience in a hotel restaurant or branded kitchen environment.
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.
