Job Description
Portico are on the lookout for an experienced Parcel Porter to join our team based at the iconic Television Centre in White City. This incredible Grade II listed building has been converted into luxury residences. Among the many onsite amenities is the world-famous Endo at the Rotunda restaurant and the gym wellness area is managed by Soho House exclusively for its members and residents at the Television Centre.
Tasks include:
- Receiving parcels and registering them in the system
- Arranging parcels on the shelves behind the concierge desk
- Delivering or assisting the delivery of large/heavy packages directly to the apartments
- Delivering parcels to the apartments at the request of residents depending on availability
- Handing over parcels to residents at the concierge desk
- Releasing emergency keys according to procedures
- Carrying out meter readings at the request of residents
- Making reservations for property facilities (Meeting Room Screening Room Parking).
Hours: 40 hours per week shifts from 9am-6pm Mon-Fri.
Salary: 30015 per annum
Qualifications :
The successful candidate must have an ability to multitask and a willingness to go the extra mile to exceed our residents expectations is imperative. Our concierge team ensure that all parcels are logged make sure any requests are followed through to completion in a timely manner with a strong attention to detail and a focus on excellent customer service.
