Bar Team Member

About the Role:

As a Bars Team Member youll be the friendly face our guests turn to when they need a refreshing drink or a smile! Youll work in one of our bars ensuring our guests have the best experience possible with every sip. Youll be responsible for mixing up delicious cocktails pouring pints of cold beer keeping the atmosphere upbeat and delivering great service with a side of sunshine!

Youll also:

• Provide amazing customer service to all of our guests
• Serve our wide range of all-inclusive and premium drinks including; tea coffee milkshakes cocktails and a range of alcoholic drinks to our guests
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic role
• Possess strong attention to detail being able to spot when tables and glasses need clearing
• Attend training sessions to ensure you have relevant knowledge of alcohol laws and procedures
• Keep the bar area clean organised and fully stocked.
• Work in a fast-paced dynamic team environment.
• Be passionate about ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.

Hours of work: 

• Full-time position - working 40 hours per week.  
• Working 5 days out of 7 to include weekends and bank holidays
• Bar opening times: 9am 2.30am
• 8 hour shifts include; days evenings and lates
• All straight shifts around the needs of the business 

** Rates of pay - Based upon age:

12.21 per hr (Over 21)

10.00 per hour 18 - 20

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For:

• Passion for People: Youll be interacting with guests all day so a friendly attitude and great communication skills are key.
• Team Player: We work together to create an amazing experience so we need you to be a team player whos ready to dive in and help out.
• Experience (Preferred): While experience in a bar or hospitality setting is a plus its not essential. If youre eager to learn well teach you everything you need to know!
• Flexibility: Our bar is open from 9am 2.30am.  You will work 8 hours shifts between these hours so were looking for people who can work a mixture of shifts including evenings weekends and bank holidays.
