You are fluent in German and would like to work from home in Spain At SIXT we are currently looking for motivated and enthusiastic German-speaking Customer Services Agents to join our team from anywhere in Spain. YOUR ROLE
- Act as the first point of contact for German customers providing support for all inquiries before during and after the booking.
- Support customers via phone and e-mail communication.
- Engage customers with expert knowledge of products and services.
- Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through friendly and professional service.
- Collaborate as a team player and handle administrative tasks within the team.
YOUR SKILLS
- Full proficiency in German and fluent English skills.
- Strong passion for service and enjoyment in assisting customers.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience working with MS Office.
- Willingness to work remotely from home available Monday to Sunday.
