Pay Rate/Range:$20-25/hr
Description:The Customer Service Specialist performs and coordinates administrative activities as it pertains to customer requirements and needs. This Customer Service Specialist role provides daily support to both external and internal customers while assisting with scheduling status and other requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding support to customers via phone email and in-person
Communicate effectively and professionally with internal teams and external clients
Analyze customer issues and help identify solutions quickly and efficiently
Enter and maintain accurate data and records
Job Requirements: Must have an energetic and outgoing personality with strong writing and communication skills. Must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel. Will be required to complete clerical testing.
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
