The opportunity
AJW Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Chef to join our in-house kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who is looking to step away from the demanding shift patterns of the hospitality industry and embrace a stable Monday to Friday role no evenings or weekends required.
About the Role:
Youll work closely with our Head Chef to support the daily preparation and service of high-quality meals for our on-site galley catering for up to 500 employees. In addition youll assist with the delivery of bespoke hospitality for senior-level meetings C-suite events and Chairman-hosted functions as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
Prepare fresh high-quality food for our busy staff galley
Support the planning and delivery of hospitality for high-level corporate events
Ensure all food is prepared and served in line with food safety and hygiene regulations
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
Job requirements
About you
Previous experience as a Chef in a hotel restaurant or corporate catering environment
Confident in preparing food at volume without compromising quality
A team player with a flexible and proactive attitude
Comfortable supporting occasional high-profile hospitality events
Passionate about great food and customer service
Relevant food hygiene certifications preferred
