Job Summary
As a member of our team you will play a vital role in ensuring the uninterrupted operation of Critical Facilities including data centers hospitals laboratories and public safety centers. Your primary focus will be on HVAC work but you will also have the opportunity to expand your skill set in electrical and mechanical environments. We are seeking individuals with HVAC maintenance experience who are eager to grow their expertise in these areas.
Responsibilities
Perform repairs corrective maintenance and routine installations of Critical Facility infrastructure with a primary focus on HVAC systems
Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC systems electrical components and mechanical equipment
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to identify and address potential issues before they escalate
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies and procedures
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities including work performed parts used and equipment condition
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in HVAC electrical and mechanical systems to continuously improve your skills and knowledge
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Technical HVAC certifications or training in HVAC preferred
Proven experience in HVAC maintenance and repair with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and components
Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems with a willingness to learn and grow in these areas
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals schematics and blueprints
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to effectively manage maintenance tasks and documentation
Flexibility to work on-call or during off-hours as needed to address emergency situations or critical maintenance needs
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
The United States targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
California (Non-SF/Bay Area) Connecticut Maryland New York New Jersey Washington state: $72000 to $114000 per year
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role level and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education and/or training.
