$19.84 - $25.40Your rate of pay will be based on applicable experience

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Liaison works closely with all other organizational departments by creating an environment that is conducive for information dissemination and continuing education. The Liaison position accomplishes these goals by scheduling rooms for groups assisting with audio-visual set ups and equipment in-servicing making sure rooms are clean and properly configured for each group making sure the building is kept in good repair and assisting users with other onsite requests.
The Liaison is primarily responsible for the maintenance cleaning and upkeep of Enloes conference center and arranging tables and chairs for functions. When periodically serving as the day or evening shift liaison they will schedule rooms for groups assist with audio-visual set ups and equipment in-servicing and assist users with other onsite requests.
EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE:
Minimum:
Six months work experience utilizing customer service skills
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:
Must have a basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite Program and able to learn other software programs. This position interfaces with all levels of personnel within the hospital. Must exhibit excellent customer service skills. Must be able to interact professionally and effectively communicate with managers hospital personnel and the public. Able to multi-task and handle multiple deadline driven projects simultaneously. Possess basic maintenance skills and a working knowledge and the ability to trouble shoot audiovisual equipment and systems. Capable to learn the use of janitorial equipment and techniques. Must be able to fulfill the essential functions of the position.
