The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at UMass Memorial Medical Center and the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our outstanding academic and clinical team.
This is a full-time faculty position offering the opportunity to provide exceptional patient-centered cardiovascular care in a high-volume outpatient and inpatient setting while also contributing to the academic mission of our department.
Position Highlights:
Deliver high-quality care to patients with a broad range of cardiovascular conditions including coronary artery disease heart failure arrhythmias and valvular disease.
Participate in inpatient cardiology services including the management of acute cardiovascular cases and general cardiology consults.
Provide outpatient cardiovascular care at our ambulatory clinics supported by a robust multidisciplinary team.
Share in weekend and night call rotations to ensure timely and expert care for hospitalized patients.
Engage in teaching and mentoring medical students residents and cardiology fellows as part of our strong academic mission.
Collaborate with colleagues across subspecialties including electrophysiology heart failure prevention and interventional cardiology to deliver comprehensive cardiovascular care.
Participate in academic and scholarly activities including conferences case discussions and clinical research initiatives.
Candidate Qualifications:
MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited cardiovascular fellowship.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Medicine.
Eligible for licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
Demonstrated commitment to excellence in patient care education and academic engagement.
