Job Description
Infosys is seeking aOSS BSS Consultant - The position will primarily be responsible for product ownership on custom IT applications. The selected candidate should have good technical knowledge analytical ability good communication and previous experience in leading as product owner. Candidate should have experience of managing the team and have good understanding of Incident and Problem management.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require relocation and or travel to project locations.

Required Qualification:
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- Experienced in the areas of OSS/BSS architecture design and implementation for Telecom customers which can enable effective capturing of requirements within Service Fulfillment / Assurance / Billing.
- Knowledge in GenAi/Prompt Engineering Concepts and applicability in OrderingSpace.
Preferred Qualification:
- Understanding on telecom OSS with experience in standard design tools Design Patterns UML BPMN SOA etc.
- Experience in designing on Service Fulfilment Assurance Inventory Activation Middleware Interfaces (one or many) at telecom projects and rollout
- Knowledge of Telecom Industry Standards/ regulations/ best practices in Telecom area like Frameworx (eTOM SID) ITIL IEEE etc.
- Knowledge of Synch Vs Asynch APIs SOAP Rest architecture.
- Must have experience in leading team of consultants / designers to achieve stated project / program goals.
- Experience in defining the process business requirements and system requirements in one or more areas of Telecom process (Fulfilment/Assurance).
- Should be able to prepare analyses and review proposals from internal teams be able to provide appropriate solutions to problems and make day-to-day decisions to run the client projects.
- Should be able to engage with multiple stakeholders like Business SI partners and System owners to understand capture finalize and sign off requirements.
- Should possess Good Communication & Client- interfacing skills.
