Pay Rate/Range: $15/hr
Description: Our client is looking for a friendly reliable Front Desk Customer Service Representative to be the face of their busy local glass shop. This role involves greeting customers scheduling appointments managing inquiries providing estimates and handling basic clerical tasks. Youll also coordinate with technicians to keep things running smoothly and ensure the front office stays organized and welcoming.
Job Requirements: The ideal candidate has previous front desk or customer service experience strong communication skills a positive attitude and is comfortable using basic office software. Being organized dependable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment is key.
Job Type: Contract-to-hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
