This is a unique opportunity for a driven Mid-Level Real Estate Associate to join a collaborative fast-paced team working on sophisticated real estate capital markets transactionsincluding joint ventures syndications fund formations and complex purchase and sale agreements.
Youll thrive here if you are someone who takes ownership of deals from start to finish brings strong drafting and negotiation skills to the table and enjoys working in a team-first no-micromanagement environment. The firm offers a flexible hybrid schedule and attorneys who prefer being in the office four or more days a week will enjoy the perk of a private office in a new three-story building in Sawtelle.
What Youll Do:
- Draft and negotiate joint venture syndication and fund formation documents
- Handle PSA and financing documentation
- Manage deal flow and deadlines alongside partners and paralegals
- Communicate directly with clients and maintain strong relationships
- Juggle multiple high-stakes transactions in a collaborative setting
What You Bring:
- 48 years of real estate transactional experience
- Proven experience with institutional joint ventures and capital markets
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving highly collaborative culture
