PROFILE & SKILLS REQUIRED
- Currently pursuing a Masters degree (Business Marketing or Hospitality preferred)
- Organized detail-oriented proactive and able to work independently
- Fluent in French and comfortable working in English (both spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)

YOUR ROLE : Coordinator Sales & Marketing
As part of the Sales & Marketing team you will assist both the Sales Manager and the Marketing Manager in their day-to-day responsibilities.
Marketing & Communication
- Contribute to the development and execution of the hotels marketing strategy
- Assist in implementing and monitoring the annual marketing plan
- Help manage and grow brand and business partnerships
- Support cross-marketing initiatives in coordination with Hiltons regional teams
Content Creation & Digital Communication
- Create and manage content for social media platforms (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn)
- Animate online communities and engage with followers
- Design and produce marketing materials (brochures posters guides newsletters etc.)
- Support the launch of promotional offers and prepare related sales and marketing collateral
eCommerce & Online Visibility
- Manage and optimize the hotels presence on B2B and B2C platforms
- Regularly update the hotels website and contribute to its continuous improvement
- Collaborate on OTA marketing campaigns and track results
- Conduct competitive analysis and contribute to online visibility strategies
Sales & Business Development
- Prospecting and client follow-up
- Research and identification of new B2B clients and partners
- Updating and enriching the client database
Sales Tools & Presentations
- Creation and updating of sales presentations
- Development of sales pitches and promotional materials
Client Loyalty & Portfolio Development
- Participation in loyalty actions for existing clients
- Monitoring and analysis of client account performance
Commercial Events & Trade Shows
- Coordination of client visits and internal events
