Product Support Representative

To meet the growing demand for our productwere currently seeking a Product Support Representative.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Represent Elmers withpositivity professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
Interact w/dealers &customers to support Elmers product.
Document & process warrantyclaims
Maintain accurate records ofall service repair and other work.
Basic functionality in theParts Dept (sales order creation parts picking & shipping)
Regular after hours on call rotation
Opportunities to interactdirectly with customers through farm visits and farm shows
Were LookingFor:
- Experience in the agricultural industry
- Experience in a customer service environment would be an asset
- Strong written & oral communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Computer experience (MS Office)
- Work well independently
- Class 5 license ability to travelinto the US
