Our Lounge teams work in some of the worlds most renowned airport lounges across Australia providing first class hospitality to travellers looking for a touch of luxury sophistication and the highest service standards that our country has to offer. The roles will see you interacting with local and international guests and no two days will ever be the same.
The Position
- Provide culinary support to Head Chefs in delivering exceptional catering service across corporate airport lounges.
- Prepare delicious food using first-class produce ensuring high-quality standards.
- Ensure OH&S compliance adhering to safe work practices and food handling procedures.
- Implement catering controls and minimize wastage.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene safety infection control and cleanliness according to Compass standards.
- Work straight shifts on a roster from Monday to Friday 12:30 AM to 8:30 AM.

The person
- Qualified Chef with Cert III in Commercial Cookery.
- Experience in production and buffet preferred.
- A passion for food and exceptional customer service.
- A flexible approach to a fortnightly roster pattern.
- ASIC security clearance card or a willingness to obtain (we will provide).
- Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
