Job Description
Infosys is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with support and implementation experience covering modules of Oracle HCM. This positions primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders own end to end responsibility and accountability in driving activities such as gathering requirements conducting conference room pilots configuring the system coordinating system integration testing user training and acceptance testing.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of relevant Information Technology experience
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dallas TX or be willing to relocate to the area.

- Experience with Oracle fusion cloud HCM -required to have production support experience in Fusion cloud projects
- Must have hands on techno-functional experience in the following modules: Compensation Benefits and OTL
- Must have experience across Extracts Fast Formula and Integrations
- Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
- Experience recommending roadmaps to close performance gaps and developing high level implementation plans
- Identifying functionality gaps and developing solutions for them
- Developing an understanding of a clients current state process and developing future state recommendations
- Advising clients on options risks and any impacts on other processes or systems
- Experience leading and conducting CRP SIT and UAT sessions as well as developing and deliveringend-user documentation/training materials
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle hands on functional experience with basic technical knowledge (ability to query transactions/link between tables)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to be able to effectively communicateand driveproject deliverables
- To be able to work in global delivery model with offshore team as onsite coordinator.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
