.75-1.0 FTE based on the candidates preference. 14 12 10 and 8 hour shifts available to provide flexibility. Weekend and/or PM shift commitments optional for additional compensation. Some weekend night Holiday and pager call may apply at some locations. This position will be assigned a primary work location but must also be willing to work at any of the following locations: University Hospital American Family Childrens Hospital East Madison Hospital Madison Surgery Center and the Digestive Health Center in Madison WI.
Pay:
- External hires may be eligible for up to a $75000 sign-on bonus.
- Relocation assistance may be available for qualified applicants.

We are seeking anAnesthesiologist Assistant (C-AA/CAA/ Clinical Anesthetist)to:
- Provide anesthesia care to a complex patient population under the medical direction provided by the UW Department of Anesthesiology faculty anesthesiologists.
- Work collaboratively with administrative nursing physician and other staff to assure safe effective quality patient care and to promote UW Healths educational and research missions.
- Work in an academic setting with ample opportunity to contribute to S-AA education. Case mix may include: neuro spines ortho trauma ob/gyn surgery acute general surgery transplant plastics trauma cath lab and outpatient surgery.

Education:
Minimum Masters degree from accredited AA program
Certifications:
Minimum
- Active Anesthesiologist Assistant license in WI AND
- Active national certification from National Commission for Certification of Anesthesiologist Assistants (NCCAA)
