Job Description

Job Title: Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer / SME
Location: Kochi / Hyderabad / Mohali (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Level: 4-8 Years
Reports to: Technical Delivery Manager - ERP Practice

Role Summary: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer / Subject Matter Expert to join our ERP delivery team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) particularly in cloud environments and be proficient in both functional configuration and technical extension development. You will contribute to full-cycle ERP projects involving finance lease procurement and workflow modules.

Key Responsibilities: ERP Implementation & Configuration - Configure and implement core D365 BC modules: General Ledger AP AR Fixed Assets Procurement Projects and Job Costing. - Setup dimensions posting groups approval workflows document templates and other core configurations.
Development & Customization - Design and develop extensions in AL using Visual Studio Code. - Build APIs and integrate with third-party systems (e.g. payment gateways payroll systems portals). - Customize workflows and approvals using D365 native tools and Power Automate as required.

Data & Migration - Assist in master data mapping cleansing and uploading using standard configuration packages or data migration templates. - Perform data validation and support test imports and reconciliations.

Testing & Go-Live Support - Participate in functional and technical testing (UAT/SIT). - Provide deployment and Hypercare support and assist in issue resolution post-go-live.

Collaboration & Documentation - Work closely with business analysts and project managers to deliver on requirements. - Create and maintain technical design documentation integration specifications and system configurations.

Required Skills & Experience: - Minimum 4 years hands-on experience with D365 Business Central (preferably SaaS/cloud). - Proficient in AL language Visual Studio Code API integrations and extensions. - Solid understanding of Finance Job Costing Procurement and Fixed Assets modules. - Experience with Power Platform Web Services OData and REST API integration. - Strong debugging troubleshooting and testing skills.

Good to Have: - Experience with partner solutions like Soft4RealEstate Continia or Acsiss Connect. - Familiarity with Azure DevOps Git and CI/CD pipelines. - Knowledge of IFRS 16 AASB 16 or global lease accounting standards. - Experience in Agile or hybrid ERP delivery models. Educational

Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field. - Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 Business Central (preferred).
