As a Program Support Officer youll provide essential day-to-day admin and practical support across a diverse portfolio of services. This is a great role for someone who wants to build experience in project and program environments while using your strong coordination and communication skills to keep things running smoothly.

Youll play a hands-on role in helping your team stay on track: scheduling meetings following up tasks keeping systems updated managing records and budgets and helping to deliver real outcomes. Some days may even involve supporting direct client logistics or requests.

In this role you will:

  • Coordinate meetings agendas action items and follow-up
  • Help track tasks timelines and reporting requirements
  • Keep records up to date across systems registers and databases
  • Manage practical tasks like room bookings printing and organising supplies
  • Support finance processes like invoice processing and reconciling brokerage
  • Communicate with stakeholders including community partners and families
  • Be ready to roll up your sleeves and support where its needed most

  • Are highly organised and enjoy helping teams deliver on time
  • Have admin or office coordination experience (any sector)
  • Are confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
  • Communicate clearly and can juggle competing priorities
