The Opportunity

As the successful applicant some of your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with clinical teams healthcare providers and clients to deliver care within your scope.
• Develop and manage client care plans collecting and assessing relevant information to meet goals.
• Cast modify fit and evaluate prostheses to ensure they achieve desired outcomes.
• Attend amputee clinics and collaborate with specialists to prescribe appropriate treatments.
• Communicate with the technical team to assist with prosthesis manufacturing and ensure quality.
• Follow safety protocols minimise risks and maintain clean and organised work areas.
• Maintain accurate client records and adhere to funding administrative and reporting requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and ensure all actions align with company values and policies.

You may have all or some of the following skills/experience:

• A Bachelors or Masters in Prosthetics & Orthotics or equivalent
• Current membership with the Australian Orthotic & Prosthetic Association (preferred)
• Strong focus on patient care with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work well within a team and handle a variety of technical and clinical tasks
• Proactive approach and a commitment to continuous learning

Please note this role is based onsite at our Northmead Clinic with occasional travel to other clinics when required.
