Mid-Level Full Stack Engineer (Frontend Leaning)

Sydney Up to $130K super Hybrid (2 days in-office)

Youd be joining a business with serious backing from Australias top investors is scaling fast having already secured long-term contracts with enterprise clients and started expanding into the US. Their platform helps businesses streamline and automate their workflows and its at the heart of how their customers operate.
As the platform expands in scale and complexity were hiring a frontend-leaning full stack engineer to help evolve our products UI and contribute across the stack as needed.
Youll join a tight-knit founding team in Australia and work directly with the co-founders to design architect and improve the platform. Theres plenty of tech debt to tackle (and room to shape things the right way) so your impact will be immediate and meaningful as the company grows.

About you
2 - 4 years of experience as a software engineer with a strong focus on React and TypeScript
Comfortable working across the stack or keen to grow backend skills ( Go)
Exposure to or interest in design systems and UI standardisation
Experience working in a cross-functional product team with designers and product managers
Strong communicator with a bias toward simple maintainable solutions
Curious proactive and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
