Job Description
Hybla Tavern a beautiful WA coastal pub located in Albany Western Australia is looking for an enthusiastic Chef or Cook to join a team of passionate people!
The Role:
- Assisting our chefs on the line in a fast-paced environment;
- Be able to work all aspects in the kitchen from fryers to pans grill larder and pass;
- Work clean and organised managing proper storage and rotation of ingredients maintaining a clean workspace and adhering to food and safety sanitation standards;
To be considered for the role you will have:
- Proven experience in a similar role (essential);
- Standout attention to detail and presentation skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment while still managing to crack a smile;
- Strong organisational and time management skills;
- Food Handlers Certificate;
