Job Summary:
- This role is crucial in identifying evaluating and implementing state-of-the-art AI technologies across their business functions.
- You will play a hands-on role in transforming legacy workflows into intelligent data-driven systems driving innovation from ideation to execution
Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Research & Evaluation: Continuously explore emerging AI technologies (e.g. LLMs computer vision automation platforms RPA) with practical applicability to mortgage operations and lending services.
- Solution Development: Design prototype and validate AI-powered workflows tailored to key business areas including underwriting processing customer service and marketing.
- Systems Integration: Collaborate with IT DevOps and software vendors to integrate AI tools into existing systems (e.g. LOS platforms CRM tools analytics dashboards).
- Project Management: Lead end-to-end AI integration projects including requirements gathering stakeholder alignment implementation QA and performance evaluation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business units and the AI team translating complex business needs into scalable AI-driven solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Engineering or a related field.
- 3 years of experience working in AI/ML integration intelligent automation or digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of LLMs NLP machine learning models and tools such as Python TensorFlow OpenAI APIs etc.
- Experience with API integration and workflow orchestration tools (e.g. AWS Step Function AWS Logic App EventBridge).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with mortgage industry processes is a significant plus.
