About The Role
SLC is excited to offer an opportunity for a Lead Business Architect to join our Business Design function. Reporting to the Head of Business Design this pivotal senior role provides strategic direction leadership and oversight to the Business Architecture team ensuring that initiatives align with SLCs strategic goals and core capabilities.
The successful candidate will play a key role in assessing planning and recommending architectural solutions that strengthen business integrity. They will work collaboratively across business units technical teams and external partners to drive value ensure scalability and sustainability and minimise risk.
What You Bring
- Advanced knowledge of architecture principles methods and techniques.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex challenges.
- Comprehensive expertise in business strategy and roadmap development with experience in leading strategic planning efforts.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in architectural modelling tools and software.
- Educations Reqs: A Bachelors degree in a related field such as Business Architecture Information Technology or Business Management or related experience.
- Professional certification in enterprise architecture is preferred (i.e. TOGAF BCS ITIL).
- Proven track record of successfully aligning business initiatives with strategic goals and leading architectural teams.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change at a senior leadership level.
