- Der Capital Market Hub ist unser Nachwuchsbereich fr unsere Talente. Hier lernst du auf Kundentransaktionen und in internen Schulungen alle ntigen Fhigkeiten um Dich umfassend auf eine Karriere in einem unserer lokalen Marktteams vorzubereiten.

Was sind Deine Aufgaben bei uns
- Untersttzung bei der Bearbeitung unterschiedlicher Real Estate-Transaktionsprojekte Akquise bis zum Closing
- Erstellung von Pitch-Prsentationen fr potentielle Mandanten
- Erstellung von Unternehmens-Kurzprofilen (Teasern) und Management-Prsentationen bei Verkaufsmandaten
Was Du brauchst um zu glnzen
- Derzeit absolvierst du ein Hochschulstudium in den Bereichen Wirtschaftswissenschaften Immobilienwirtschaft Finanzwirtschaft Geografie Architektur Bauingenieurwesen
- Interesse an Immobilientransaktionen und die damit einhergehenden Prozesse
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office-Anwendungen insbesondere in Microsoft Excel und Microsoft PowerPoint
- gute analytische Fhigkeiten Teamfhigkeit in sich abwechselnden Projektteams
- Kommunikationsstrke Eigeninitiative und Bereitschaft zur gemeinschaftlichen Arbeit
