Description
The ROLE
- Perform Yard Duties associated with Concrete Batch Plant operations
- Operate clean and maintain the loader and other plant in a safe and efficient manner
- Load raw materials such as aggregates and sand into designated hoppers or bins
- Follow batch plant procedures and guidelines for efficient and consistent operations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment.
- Basic labouring tasks associated with Ready-Mix concrete production
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
About YOU
- Minimum Heavy Rigid Drivers Licence
- Loader certification and experience desirable but can train a motivated individual who lacks experience
- Interest in the concrete industry
- Willingness to learn and pro-active attitude
- A strong safety focus and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service focus and excellent communication skills
- Ability to workas part of a team or independently

Skills And Experiences
- Experience operating loaders in a yard or construction environment
- Knowledge or interest of concrete products and materials handling
- Ability to perform basic maintenance on equipment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Health and safety conscious with a commitment to following all relevant procedures and guidelines
