Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for a full-time Occupational Therapist - Inpatient Rehabilitation position. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Chico CA 95926
Start Date: 6/24/2025
Shift: Days Full Time
Pay Range: $ 50.50/hr - $ 68.18/hr *May come in higher depending on applicable experience
Salary: $102000.00 to $140000.00
*$7500.00 Sign on Bonus

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing evaluation and treatment upon physician referral to a patient population consisting of varying diagnosis. The Occupational Therapist will assess identify and treat all areas of deficits impacting self care functional mobility upper extremity function behavior cognition and perception and the ability to function in their lifes role. The Occupational Therapist provides instruction and education to the patient/caregiver to promote the safe execution of the facilitatory techniques taught.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- One year experience in acute care extended care rehabilitation mental health or outpatient setting
Licenses Certifications and Registration:
- Current Occupational Therapy license from the State of California or has been granted a limited permit from the State of California
- Current CPR recognition
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Must demonstrate technical competence professional clinical judgment communication skills and sensitivity for the patient and family.
- Clinical skills and knowledge to successfully achieve desired outcomes in assigned patients.
- Ability to provide treatment to address the practical and realistic needs and goals of the patient.
