Location: Fort Defiance AZ 86504

Assignment Start Date: 7/28/2025

13 weeks Varied 12-hour shift 36 hours guaranteed weekly

Registered Nurse for our Inpatient Adolescent Psych unit

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• Five (5) years of direct work experience as a Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN) for our Inpatient Psychiatric Adolescent Care Unit is required

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• A valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in any U.S. State or Territory is required
• A Valid American Heart Association (AHA) in Basic Life Support (BLS) and maintain certification is required
• Obtain valid Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) certification or Crisis Prevention (CPI) MANDT or TEAM certification required.

EMR System: RPMS experience preferred

Shift: 12 hours Shift flexible to work Day/Night Shifts holidays and weekends as assigned

Float Requirement: Travelers are occasionally expected to float to other departments in which they are qualified to work. This could include taking a patient load if experienced/competent in that setting or could be task-oriented such as answering call lights phones etc

Orientation: on Mondays only - If your traveler misses the compliance deadline they will be pushed to the following Monday

Charge Rates: travelers may be asked to work charge no additional charge will be paid

** Note: 36-Guaranteed Hours will not apply during Admission/Discharge Weeks and between Cycle Break Week Unit Closure.
