Job Description
Job Title: Power BI Developer
Location: Lawrenceville GA (Onsite only)
Duration: Long Term
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Power BI and Crystal Reports Developer to design develop and support reports and dashboards using Power BI and Crystal Reports. The role involves direct collaboration with stakeholders data modeling query development and ongoing support of existing reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain custom Power BI and Crystal Reports.

Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Connect to and model data from sources including SQL Server Oracle SAP BW Salesforce Aumentum and SharePoint.

Troubleshoot and enhance existing reports and dashboards.

Follow reporting best practices and visual optimization standards.

Collaborate with developers PMs and analysts.

Provide user training and support.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Bachelors in Computer Science IT or related field (or equivalent experience)

7 9 years of Power BI development experience

7 years in Crystal Reports development

Strong knowledge of Power BI Desktop Report Builder DAX and data modeling

Proficient with SQL Oracle SharePoint SAP BW Salesforce Aumentum
Preferred Skills:
-
Experience with SSRS SSIS SSAS Crystal Reports SDK

Crystal Reports certification
-
UI/UX familiarity .NET/web integration experience

Strong communication analytical and time management skills
