Job Description
Technical Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain advanced SharePoint (2019/Online) and PowerApps applications.
Implement and manage Microsoft 365 Power Platform solutions including Power Automate (Flow).
Integrate solutions with Microsoft Teams Exchange and other business systems.
Develop GenAI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
Utilize development technologies such as C# MVC Entity Framework JavaScript HTML5 and REST APIs.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint/PowerApps setup configuration and integration.
Create technical documentation governance models and instructional content for end users.
Build and enhance PowerApps Canvas and Model-Driven apps.
Perform QA testing and work collaboratively with users and IT teams to ensure data quality and system reliability.
Manage application-level security monitor performance and suggest system enhancements.
Provide root cause analysis and resolution for technical issues in cloud-based applications.
Install and configure systems and applications software as needed.
Adhere to enterprise-level information security policies and best practices.
Non-Technical Responsibilities:
Engage effectively with stakeholders from business users to Director-level IT professionals.
Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business clients.
Provide end-user support training and documentation to promote solution adoption.
Lead or assist in troubleshooting and handoff support to team members when necessary.
Proactively seek process improvements and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
Manage multiple concurrent priorities and provide regular status updates.
Participate in team discussions and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Strong organizational and documentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Experience with PCI NIST or Pub1075 compliance implementations or audits
Familiarity with enterprise development tools and environments
Experience working in collaborative team-based development settings
Understanding of secure coding practices and security auditing procedures
Experience in the public sector or government IT environments is a plus.
Education and Certifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
