Weekly Pay $22.67/hour CNA at UW Health Rehabilitation Hospital Madison WI
- Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients recovering from neurological orthopedic and medical conditions in a 49-bed acute rehabilitation hospital.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming toileting and feeding.
- Support safe patient mobility and ambulation utilizing assistive equipment as needed.
- Monitor record and document vital signs intake/output and patient condition in the EPIC EHR system.
- Follow clinical protocols for blood glucose monitoring feeding tubes foley catheters ports PICC lines isolation precautions and wound care.
- Deliver supplemental oxygen and support patients requiring swallowing precautions or thickened liquids.
- Collaborate effectively with registered nurses therapists and other team members to ensure high-quality patient-centered care.
- Communicate clearly with the interdisciplinary team and participate in care planning.
- Work 12-hour shifts with every other weekend required for travel CNAs; no call or float requirements.
- Maintain required certifications and demonstrate experience in acute care (minimum 2 years Med Surg or inpatient rehab).

- Must have EPIC experience and 1 year travel experience
- Trauma II experience preferred
