Weekly Pay: $48.67/hour

Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our inpatient rehab team on a Per Diem basis. In this flexible role you may be required to float between Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital North and South locations depending on staffing needs. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality compassionate care to patients recovering from serious illnesses and injuries including stroke trauma orthopedic surgeries spinal cord injuries and neurological conditions.

This position requires a high level of autonomy adaptability and strong clinical skills in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.

• Deliver safe effective nursing care based on clinical judgment and evidence-based standards

• Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders

• Monitor patient status and intervene appropriately in response to changes in condition

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab teams to support optimal recovery outcomes

• Educate patients and families about discharge planning medications and continued care

• Maintain accurate documentation using hospital EHR systems

• Float between North and South campuses as needed

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Oklahoma

• BLS and ACLS certification required

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience preferably in inpatient rehab med-surg or acute care

• Must be able to float between Mercy Rehab Hospital North and South campuses

• Strong clinical communication and time-management skills

• Compliance with Mercy onboarding cover sheet requirement

• Flu and COVID vaccinations required declinations are not accepted
