Job Description
Location: Coimbatore (Hybrid) / Chennai (Short-Term Onsite)
Work Model: Hybrid 2 days/week from Coimbatore office; short-term stay in Chennai (2 weeks) as needed
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong end-to-end recruitment expertise especially in Water EPCC and in-house hiring environments. The role requires strong stakeholder management the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to operate from Coimbatore and Chennai as required.
Key Responsibilities:-
Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding for roles in the Water sector EPCC projects and internal functions

Partner with business stakeholders to understand manpower needs and develop talent strategies

Source and screen candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn job boards internal referrals and recruitment agencies

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process

Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and hiring managers

Support employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline building

Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports

3 7 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in fast-paced environments

Proven experience hiring for Water / Infrastructure / EPCC sectors

Experience working as an in-house recruiter is highly preferred

Proficient in MS Office and familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Candidate should be open to working from the Coimbatore office 2 days per week

Willing to spend up to 2 weeks in the Chennai office when required (accommodation will be arranged by the company)

Open to candidates from anywhere in India but preference will be given to those closer to Coimbatore
