Job Description
Title: Hybrid IT Operations Professional
Pay Rate Range: $45.67 $55.28/hr (DOE)
Employment Type: Contract
Estimated End Date: July 2026
Schedule: Full-time 1st shift (8:00 AM 4:30 PM; flexible within standard business hours)
Location: East Aurora NY (Hybrid 3 days/week on-site)

Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated IT Program Manager to work hybrid with our client a worldwide designer manufacturer and integrator of precision control components company. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Triage and respond to ITSM service requests (Moog uses ServiceNow)
- Manage L1/L2 incident resolution across various IT infrastructure platforms
- Collaborate with Engineers on L3/L4 triage and major incidents
- Write and maintain Knowledge Base documentation
- Work with global stakeholders to improve IT processes for better control quality and efficiency
- Identify and submit requirements for ITSM process automation
Must-Have Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship required
- 3 years of experience in IT Operations (5 years preferred)
- Operational (L2/L3) background in some of the following:
- Active Directory
- Azure
- Network File Shares
- VMWare
- Veeam
- Pure Storage
- Windows/Linux OS administration
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Comfortable working with a global IT team across time zones
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g. Microsoft VMWare Azure etc.)
- Experience working in a regulated or enterprise IT environment
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and practices (ServiceNow preferred)
