Job Description

Job Summary (Senior .NET Developer - POP(CR271))

- Lead and participate in the full software development lifecycle for enterprise .NET web applications.
- Provide hands-on development using C# MVC JavaScript frameworks and SQL databases.
- Architect design and develop multi-tier high-availability systems for policy billing and payroll applications.
- Utilize advanced technical skills in Entity Framework LINQ WCF and web services.
- Guide and mentor other engineers; define standards and best practices for coding architecture and peer code reviews.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate recommend and implement new technologies and solutions.
- Deliver technical documentation work estimates and architecture/design documents.
- Ensure product quality through unit testing code reviews and adherence to industry best practices.
- Support Agile project delivery encouraging innovation and continuous process improvement.
- Provide cross-training and technical leadership within the development team.
- Prioritize timely and scalable project delivery with a focus on quality and maintainability.
- (Preferred) Leverage insurance industry experience and Microsoft certifications to enhance project outcomes.
