Associate Attorney
About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney for a full-time on-site role primarily based in our Fort Lee and Hackensack NJ offices. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation. You will be responsible for handling cases from inception through trial working under the guidance of one of the firms partners. The role also includes managing various tasks to support clients needs and ensuring their rights are effectively protected.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in in personal injury litigation excellent command of the New Jersey and New York Court Rules and Rules of Evidence.
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish or Korean a big plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a trial/ litigation team
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with license to practice law in the State and Federal Courts for New Jersey and New York.
